Jazz concert in Gurgaon - processed

wanted to give a retro-magazine feel to this snap, so worked on this on lightroom quite a bit to get this look.
The bengali pianist ??? :)
I liked this guy, he was like full of energy & enthu ; I used a slow shutter shot (without the tripod) to capture the speed.

haha.. one of the earliest tricks you learn in a SLR, tried it on the bassist & later worked on the colors a bit

Singapore - Marine Bay ( Reflection shots)

We saw this beautiful glass pattern in one of the shops in orchard Road, Singapore. I had always been facinated about stain glass designs & thought this one was one most beautiful patterns I had ever seen.

The glittering Island of Singapore. There were many other night shots we wanted to click, but we didnt have a tripod when we went to singapore so had to do with whatever we could manage with placing our camera on the sidewalls.

A slightly wider angle of the shot above - spectacular!!!

It had just rained at Marine bay, a couple of hours before we came here, & everything wass just so fresh, clean & glittering when we reached there. the sight was just so awesome. :) someday we would come here again.

Kid @ Orchard Road, Singapore

Saw this cute kid, @ orchard road in Singapore. One cute detail is, this a two seater pram and just right next to her, her brother is sitting, but doesnt seem to be excited about my camera, as much as this kid. :)

Train

we took this during the trip to Shimla, The powerful lines of the train, in the picture reminds me of an old Amitabh Bachhan movie of two seperated brothers (remade in tamil with Rajnikanth) & the classic movie, Thalapathi. :)

Red Fort & Qutub

9/11 ???
Razee clicked this snap @ the red fort enterance, it remains as one of my favourite snaps ever. The person in the middle is me, on my left is my dad, & to my right is my mom. The funny incident was there was a cop coming to stop razee saying, you are clicking the wrong side, the minars are behind you, why are you clicking these lights. :) she said, thats is what I want to click & made sure she showed the pic to the cop :).

This one too remains one of personal best. thought the colors & the flare in this snap came out good,Posted by Picasa
